I weigh 198 right now 15-20% bodyfat, I gained 8lb on first 2 week, then nothing last 2 weeks(not even fucking 1 lb!), but my strength keeps going up on every workout! Training intensity is using the workout link I posted at my first post, job is office job and i try to sleep 8 hours, but is restless due to tren, which is expected. I don't expect massive change, I just don't expect from 100mph to 0mph after 2 weeks though! lol. My gear is almost all from 24k and this is like my 3rd or 4th cycle, each got years in between.
Totally agree, I have taken advice of posters above and decided to up my calorie, maybe I am one of those people who needs way more calories. Will be hitting 5k+ calories this week and I will see how it goes. B4 I started this cycle, I was almost addicted to meth, that fucker reduced my test to 270 (the normal range is 250-800). On the cycle , it has increased to 2700+! So stuff is legit. Here is my bloodwork with this reply. My creatine is fuked up probably due to orals, I probably will cut them! I think its stressing out my kidneys. At least going back to gym killed any carving I had for stupid meth, don't even wanna look at that crap right now!

Did you take those bloods fasted?
I remember reading here that someone was eating enough calories, but they weren't evenly spaced out enough... ie he would eat 30G of protein here and 80g there... can't remember who it was though.
Anyways he evened it out so he is getting the same amount of protein every meal and that helped him gain weight.
