Hit the gym 1.5 hours after pinning 200mg Sp5der TNE. Sunday is arm day for me. The pumps were incredible, Im currently cruising so my training is high rep low weight, sets of 30, 20, 15 and 12 reps. I start off with a bi/tri superset, 21s for biceps, skull crushers and close grip presses for triceps. After 4 sets the pump and veins popping in my arms was wild. Lots of aggression, more focus and endurance for the long sets. Blood pressure on arriving home was 139/75, pretty consistent with where I was on blast after 100mg of TNE pwo. No PIP whatsoever, I will report back tomorrow if any develops. There was quite a noticeable difference @ 200mg, it made for an intense workout! Im a big fan of TNE!
