Placed a small order with this seller to try them out. Worst service ever from a meso seller. Should have known better. At least this was a trial order so not a bid deal.

3/18 - order placed
4/14 - received a seizure letter
4/15 - said he will reship this week
4/21 - when followed up that was his response - "No, because we have Easter holidays until Wednesday. No services are working.
After that, we start sending parcels. I'll let you know right away."
4/26 - when followed up - "As I said, this week we also have Easter holidays and memorial days. No services are working. We are starting preparations for shipments next week. I will let you know right away.
5/3 - when followed up again " we haven't forgotten about you. We've just had a lot of holidays in a row: Easter, memorial days, and May holidays.
Next week we'll start preparing the packages"

If you are not gonna offer reship services just say so. Dont act like the post office is closed for 3 weeks. You keep posting your price list and taking orders at the same time.

Like i said it was a trial order and ill take my loss on a small order then a large one any day.

I have a feeling this is the same seller that was selling the same products with no codes on another BP/SP thread.

Its a pity that it happened this way, but in these countries there really is such a period when holidays follow one another. You are right, the post office works, but also on a special schedule.
And the employees are on vacation during this period. Work only started this Monday. No one has disappeared anywhere, everything is OK.

The problem is not the seizure. They happen. The problem is that the seller said that he would reship and then for 3 weeks making excuses about holidays. Every week its gonna be next week.

He did email me few days ago and said he would reship again. BP was out of stock and he would reship SP which i said ok too.

Its been few days now and still no tracking number....Maybe next week..

5/7 - said BP is out of stock till next week and asked if he can send SP instead and i agreed.

The post office returned the envelope because there was no phone number. Good thing it did.
I need any phone number. Give it to me today, and we ll send it again on Monday."

Here is my experience with these sellers: Contact was always good and friendly! Delivery took a little longer but no problem! After shipment Delivery within 7 days Eu-Eu ! The products are original with packaging, everything is 100 percent legitimate. I can recommend this seller. A man of words ! The only thing I would do differently is to make the recipient address printed on the package, but that's just my opinion. Packaging was very good !! Simply top, I can't say more. Remains my regular salesman !! Top!!!
