Enhanced Recovery Post Op - Cycle Recommendations

Hey guys, six weeks post op for a ruptured distal bicep tendon. Maximizing recovery with the following: TB500, PBC157, NAD+, Reta, Test cyp (trt 240mg/week), two weeks ago added HGH (3iu/day). Have micro dosed deca for the last two years (40mg/week) Back in the gym going strong on everything except my left bicep - Doctor said another six weeks without lifting more than 5lbs. PT is going great and feedback is that I'm healing well and ahead of schedule. Will add anavar (20mg/day) and cardarine (15mg/day) this week. Looking for a few things.... 1. any of you out there have this injury, and if so what did you do to accelerate healing? 2. Suggested stack for next cycle - I want to stay lean but build back what I lost being sidelined due to injury. Leaning toward deca, eq, mast but looking for advice.
 
What dose bpc, tb, and NAD?
Why nad? I didn't realize it's good for healing

Did you come off everything you were on before going in for surgery?
 
I wasn't operated but I'm also recovering from an injury.
What did you end up doing @Dtn8r ?

I'm thinking of running test/mast/npp 200/100/100 in the first phase of regaining the 20lbs lost since injury, and once 100%, move to the heavy hitters.

Just wrapped up the peptides and hgh. Will continue test @ 200mg/week and deca 32mg/week. March I’m planning a bulk. Most likely test, deca, eq. - this works well for me. Kickstart with an oral but not sure what yet. I’d say you probably don’t need the mast and npp until you’re ready to run a true cycle. For me, during recovery test cyp and micro dose of deca + peptides and hgh worked wonders.

I'm working on building a similar recovery stack. I was going to use a GLOW blend ( which is BPC, TB and GHK) with HGH, Deca, and a TRT base. How long are you running these? The only experience I have with peptides is Reta and GH so it's a learning curve for me.

I think you’re dialed in on this. 8 week cycle for PBC, TB and HGH. pBC and TB inject twice daily .75mg/dose. HGH: week 1-2 1iu, week 3-6 3 to 4 iu, 7-8 2 to 3 iu. I microdose deca 32mg/week and 200mg test cyp/week and will continue this indefinitely.
