Smaller meals don't make a difference

Interesting, and very counter to what I've been told over the years

I wonder how this effects insulin
 
It depends on the individual. Some will feel more satiated with more meals some with fewer. But the notion that more meals always helps with appetite control is broscience at it's finest.
