New to btc. Circle has me locked at 300 which pretty much proves useless. I've emailed them and they told me to wait it out. So....I'm really new to btc. Is there a way to get them, not wait days to be able to transfer and be moron-proof?

- Limits start at $300 per week. This is only for transferring money into your account, or sending directly from your debit card. There are no limits for transferring money out of your Circle account balance.
- Limits reset on a rolling 7 day period
- If you want more than $300 per week you have to share a few more details about yourself and after some time then you can request an increase up to $3000 per week.
