Kimera Trest E has undisclosed EO

Hey @AllGoodThings Please be careful about sending anything back, some things seem sketchy, imo.

The Kimera Chems business address (as seen on their Vanguard test report) has been the same since the website popped up a few years ago. The business address seems to be a cover business or host to scam activity. Which is typical for Wyoming, but, something to consider for your own safety and general accountability from the business.

Had found it initially when it just had a small list of nootropics coming soon. The items were all hard to find or out of stock at any other well-known shops at the time.

Much appreciated heads up, thank you. I saw the WY address on the COA, and this Trest shipped from GA, which is where they wanted me to send it back to. Regardless of the addresses, these guys are not on the up and up in regards to their handling of this, and I'm not messing around with them anymore. I might make another attempt at a refund, but more than likely I'll end up taking a pretty costly loss on this.

Given that even test raws are coming back bunk, isn't it really easy for folks to generate fake COA's?
If they don't have reference numbers that allow you to check for authenticity on the testing labs website, then yes, absolutely. That's why I like Janoshik. When I see a different company was used, I'm always suspicious as to why. If it can't be easily verified as genuine, I'll give it little to no weight.

You're welcome. :) Thank you too for posting about your experience so far. Glad you are choosing to stay safe..

The address you mentioned sounds right, matches their ebay anyway. Customer service seems active there.

The website has definitely grown since I last checked.

They do mention being open to discussing test results or other research-y inquiries about their products :P hmm. Rare to find that in a FAQ/ToS with these types of shops.

Hoping you may get a refund still.

Latest update is that they said they heard back from their manufacturer, and that there is no ethyl oleate in the Trest E. I asked if they'd reimburse me if I sent a sample in to Janoshik to test for EO, but didn't get an answer yet. I'm not exactly optimistic about my chances.

EO detection requires gcms which is costly. Make sure they are aware and will reimburse. EO only is 170, with hplc it's 240. Shipping 50.

Might be better off buying more from OEP instead lol.

Oh, I already have lol, once he opened orders up beyond the 2 vial limit that I had already purchased, I was all over it. It's just that I'm stuck with these 5 from Kimera, and if they'd cover the cost of the testing, at least then I'd know for sure if they're usable or not. They went radio silent on the comms when I asked them about reimbursement testing, so I'm guessing they're not going to go for it. Pretty shit customer service so far, among other issues. I'll update if they respond.

Kimera responded to my email, and implied I was being disingenuous because I am willing to ship 0.2ml in an unmarked vial to Janoshik, but don't want to ship 50ml in vials clearly marked "Trestolone" back to them. They're not going to be of any help. Glad I didn't order 10 of them like I almost did, that's for sure.

Tell them you will ship a whole unopened 10ml vial as long as they reimburse the testing fee. It's better than dumping all out.

Absolutely I'm willing to do that, they just don't seem to have any interest in reimbursement as they totally avoided the question, and I didn't mention the amount or whether it would be a sealed vial or not, and they came back at me saying it's I interesting that I'm willing to ship to Janoshik but not back to them.

That’s actually unforgivably disingenuous of them and is actually definitionally ‘gaslighting.’ I hate to see it. Shipping using jano’s methods to a country where he is established with licensure to conduct his business legally is IN NO WAY COMPARABLE to your committing a felony like this reprobate.

I wasn’t going to comment til he pulled that shit on you to try to get out of a refund.

Drug dealaaaahs are usually smiles and nods when your crypto goes smoothly in their pocket, as it does most of the time, but once the mask falls off and they’re to blame (false labeling), they show you who they really are real quick

Has anyone actually taken the bait, and shipped gear back to the vendor ?

1) it's bullshit that they even request that

2) there are enough people here who could drain the original vials and fill them back up with whatever they wanted, reseal/crimp/etc (unless there's some sort of special packaging), which leads me to believe this is just a strategy vendors use to discourage any form of reimbursement

3) I might even encourage #2 as a "fuck you" to the source for requesting you ship it back to them, except they might be reselling it to other members here, and it'd fuck those members over in the end

It’s probably a virtual office, they number in the thousands in some cities, but there might be advantageous terms in WY, that sort of thing. Some drum up business online better than others, etc. The scammers were probably based overseas I’d guess. The landscape is constantly evolving and shifting, probably unrelated to these particular malfeasors.
