A vacuum is ideal for a variety of reasons and if I had a source regularly sending me vials that weren't under vacuum I'd probably swap to a different source. The lyophilization process involves putting the vial under vacuum - if it isn't anymore, then there is somehow air ingress (or I suppose it could potentially have not fully lyophilized to begin with)

The long standing science (and common knowledge on Meso) that it's necessary to protect lyophilized proteins that contain certain aminos, like the Cys, Met, and Trp found in Tirz, from oxidation with a vacuum or inert gas was proven wrong by the Council of Shills. Unless you can feel the reduced receptor binding or antibody formation scientists say happens with oxidized proteins, it's fine.

Also, ignore the lack of sterility found in 20% of peptide samples tested by Jano. The underground lab air sucked into that leaking stopper was certainly pure and sterile.

Besides, Jano sterility tests are waaay too sensitive, and no one's produced a death certificate proving injecting random Chinese bacteria is bad for you. Let your immune system be the septic system for whatever microbial trash is in there.

Whatever you do, don't filter it. You'll waste 50¢ on a filter. Waste is harmful, and we're all about reducing *real*, not "theoretical" harms here on Meso.
