Hello everyone. In your opinion, what can be severe pain in the marked spot?
Pain increases in all pushing and extension exercises, no problems in biceps exercises. I have pain even at night.
Thanks

How long have you had it? Had it been getting progressively worse? Was it an acute injury? (Did you hurt it during a workout).
For two weeks but it was light and then it disappeared. For a few days now I have been in severe pain day and night.
No, I didn't injure myself during training but now I can't train because of the pain.

It can be a few things. But rather than conjecture go get an MRI. Its the only way to know.

My shoulder pain years ago was a tear in my infraspinatus. Time off and a couple cortisone shots took care of it.
Recently I was diagnosed (after an MRI) with inflamed bicep tendon and shoulder joint degeneration. Again, time off and rehab exercises are speeding up the healing process.

Good luck man.

The problem is time off. I can't stay away from the weights. And the problem is that I'm 42 too.
