Ive always heard people say a protein shake should be taken right after a workout but instead of doing that I usualy eat a meal that I have pre-made.
Usualy it consists of grilled salmon , a large steemed yam, a large salad with no dressing, and 24oz of skim milk.
what are the pros and cons of doing so?
