Cranked out some biceps and tris for elbow health. I'll be done with all the silly stuff come April 3rd when I'll be starting up a 10 week prep using Sheiko advanced medium load prep3&comp cycle for my provincial powerlifting competition June 10th

Deadlift 565 (previous best was 540 in competition 565 gym)

I have my maxes for Sheiko set at
315 bench
440 squat
525 deadlift so let's see what happens

My ankle his gotten much better since the chiropractor shifted a bone in my foot don't know if I told you guys exactly what he did but basically moved a jammed bone out of the way for me to have proper dorsiflexion
 
Hotel workout
52cards
Cards are worth face value, jack queen king are worth 10 Aces 15
Push-ups = hearts
Crunches = clubs
Berpees = spades
Pull ups = diamonds

Total time 37minutes

There was no pull-up bar so I used the door jam until my fingertips couldn't do it anymore then diamonds became air squats.
 
Another hotel workout today, didn't end up getting a time cause I forgot when I started. Same scheme as last workout.
Also did a 10minute run it was suppose to be a 5km run but it's proper cold where I am right now so shorts and a T-shirt did not cut it with the minus 20 windchill factor.
