Damn @RodgerThat hope everything works out with the surgery...also fuck doctors and pharmacies, US health care has went to shit too. @Perrin Aybara , @insaiyan93 I'll probably start some kind of log some time this summer. Till then I'll just keep mysteriously bumpin around.lol
 
Had surgery today, gonna be out from lifting for over two weeks now it seems maybe more as there were slight complications but we shall see. Anyways I doubt I'll be very active on here during recovery as I'm looped up on narcotics and antibiotics.

Heal up quick man. Bears don't stay down for long.
 
You sound like you get out and really enjoy life without walls . That's really cool man. I think it was you but someone had a video of trail riding w their dog. Looked cool as hell
 
Had a pretty good lifting session today still feel weak as shit but everything was pain free. Also went to the Chiropracter to sort out my dorsiflextion problem in my right ankle and seems like I have a small bone out of place in my foot so with an extreme amount of pain he crunched it into spot that's not obstructing me as much. I'm going to get X-rays next week after they settle and he will see exactly where it is and the plan is to break that bone back into spot if it's aligned how he thinks, there would be minimal heal time for it 2-3 weeks no squaring or deadlifting or cliff jumping so I'm going to wait till ski season is done but the difference pushing that bone did today in my oly lifting was amazing.

Snatch 95x8 4 hang snatch 4 regular
Snatch complex 1 snatch to 1 overhead squat 135 12x1
Cleans 185x5 225 6x2
100 pull ups throught the workout, feeling really weak on those 15 reps was my max so have to work that back up.

The good thing is there is nowhere on my body that hurts from all the time off but unfortunately being natty and barely eating anything with no movement for 2 weeks killed my strength.

Been skiing everyday since the 27th so only doing quick workouts and not burning myself out, I have another 7 days straight I'll be skiing so if I don't update with a workout assume I'm waist deep in pow pow with and ear to ear grin.

Surprised it didnt screw your workout up, last time i took a month off caffiene and went back to mr.hyde at a little over a scoop n a half i felt sick to my stomache all day.

Maybe I'm on some super long ester? I did bloods and came back 620 which is pretty damn good considering my base was 680 3years ago and my highest ever was 730 but I did get a 400 before my last cycle which was concerning. I've been sleeping better since my surgery and have really focused on healthy lifting as opposed to the peaking and adding tons of weight more just going for speed.

Although I do look softer now and abs don't pop nearly the same anymore :oops: but I'm strong and don't get crazy cramps or any side effects anymore. I am however going to start taking albuterol as of next week to help cut another 15-20lbs (current weight 192)

First day I've taken off from skiing in a few weeks so had some extra energy for my workout.

Deadlift 455 6x3
SLDL 225 2x8
Pull ups 5x10
GHR 4x8
Lat pull down 100 4x12 slow reps
Some light bicep and tricep work to keep the elbows healthy

Didn't do cardio or stretch as they have 2 boot camp classes and 3 sports teams in the gym between 6pm-8pm today and that's when I lifted too many people I don't like people.
