Road to pure alphaness and a 1,600 total

I swear I haven't died.. Haha. It's been a pretty fucked up month. Long story short, I'm back to being self employed, and the fiancé is no longer.

I've been lifting consistently throughout everything though. The reason for the update, is I'm 6 weeks out from a push/pull meet. Figure I'd get back into logging my progress up to the meet.

I won't be lifting again until Sunday, but I'll start updating daily then.

On a completely unrelated side note. I think my new gf might be my new wife. Haha! The other night we were fucking like crazy and she told me to let her know before I cum. So I did and she pulled it out, put it in her mouth and swallowed it all.., it was awesome. Lol

First real deadlift session done in almost two months, took it pretty easy. Did a lot of warming up because I'm pretty beat up. The gf and I went fourwheeling. She told me she didn't trust herself, I didn't either but told her to drive anyways. Lol. Long story short we had a nice little rollover. Messed up my leg and neck a little bit but it was pretty funny.

Workout was,

6x5 deadlift @ 405lbs

First set was a little rough because I haven't really done deadlift in a couple months, but after the first set they all came up pretty smooth. Feel pretty confident in bumping it up a good 20lbs next time and hopefully keeping it at a max of an rpe 7

Workout last night was,

6x5 3 second paused bench @275lbs

Bench went up pretty smooth. I don't really think I lost any strength on bench, but i didn't want to hop straight into 5 reps sets of 315 paused and take the chance of hitting failure

About 575lbs and 375lbs? It could happen.

It better happen. Lol. The new gf is going to be there to watch me so I'll have a little extra motivation to make sure I do good. Haha. The only real competition I have is the #2 205lbs lifter in the state is going to be competing there. He blows me out of the water in squat, but only deadlifts about 600-620 and benches 380-400 so depending on how well my prep goes and how bad his goes we'll be pretty close

It kind of sucks that as soon as I got done cutting, I'm going straight back into bulking. Lol. All of that wasted time I could've used to be smashing PR's. Haha.

Luckily they're using ipf classes so I get it bulk up to 205. In other words, I'm on a straight see food diet. Haha.

I've been up since 4, so I did an early morning workout. I came to the conclusion that I'll probably cut back my bench volume, and add in an extra day where I'll just pyramid up to a conservatively heavy single.

Workout today was,

6x3 deadlifts at 435lbs.

Pretty easy deadlift session. Weight moved nice and smooth. So I'll bump it up to 455 next time. Which also SHOULD be pretty easy. Lol. I guess we'll just have to wait and see...

Okay.. Let's try this again. I swear im sticking to my powerlifting training this time. Ha. I'll actually run a full 16 week program. Today was my first day back into it and took it pretty easy.

Workout was,

3x9 squats @ 285lbs
3x9 paused bench @ 230lbs
3x9 deadlifts @ 335lbs

I'll probably bump up the weight next week when my body (hopefully) gets back into the groove of squatting and deadlifting. I'm doing pretty physical work atm and didn't want to kill myself on day 1. Lol

This will basically be a full bulk. I'm shooting for 210lbs @ sub 15% bf.

Calories going into it were at about 3850ish.

Meal 1 - 87.5 grams of rice, 3 whole eggs, 1tbsp olive oil, 4oz chicken, 480ml milk

Meal 2 - 480 ml milk, fiber one bar, banana

Meal 3 - 87.5 grams of rice, 1 tbsp olive, 4oz of chicken, 1 oz cheese, 240 ml milk

Meal 4 - 87.5 grams of rice, 1tbsp olive oil, 4oz of chicken, 3 whole eggs, 240ml milk

Meal 5 - nature valley protein bar, 4 tbsp peanut butter, 240 ml milk

Right now I'm "natty". Once things get going after a few weeks I will run,

Week 1-4 50mg anadrol
Week 1-16 400mg test
Week 1-16 600mg eq
Week 12-16 60mg anavar

I'm pretty vascular now. The most I've ever been. Got some veins popping in my thighs down to my calves. I almost feel like trimming my leg hairs. lol. I usually trim my leg hairs while on cycle. But I have been lazy this time around. I finally shaved my chest last week after a few months of not given a fuck. I have just been happy with the amazing strength increases without adding body weight.

But I was told or given advice that I need to start getting bigger to add new muscle so when I do my first meet at 220 I should and will be stronger than I am now. So I started today. I am sitting at 3000 calories already. Just need another 2000 cals to meet my daily goal.

I'm probably going to just do 220 also. There really isn't much of a difference in our local meets between that and the lower class. I'm pretty excited for that last few weeks when the eq is in full swing and I'm on var also. I can only imagine how the veins will look. Haha.

Walking road map.

Workout Thursday was,

3x7 squats @ 315lbs
3x7 paused bench @ 255lbs
2x12 leg extensions
2x12 leg curls
4x8 calf raises
4x15 calf raises

Not only did I not gain weight, I actually wokeup the lightest I've been in over a year. I think its safe to say I can add in some additional calories
