I'm down to 190 right now.... Which is embarrassing considering how a few months ago you and I were saying at our height anything under 200 is poverty weight. Haha. I'm sure a month of consistently lifting heavy, eating, and some a bombs I will definitely be over 200 again no problem.
Well, this is me right now at 190. In 8 weeks I want to be at least 205 and have my arms over 17". Thinking I'll probably just start the drol on Monday and also up my calories to 4,200.
