How long are the high volume workouts taking u to do ? What is the logic In this workout with the deadlifts and bp at the start ?

Because the deadlifts and bench are the workout. The other stuff is just kind of thrown in hopes to have somewhat of a decent physique. Once it gets really high volume the workouts will take around the same time because I'll drop out the accessory work and just focus on squat, bench, and deadlift.

I tried it. The first 2 where pretty quick to do. All the other stuff took long while. At certain point cardio was taking a bit to recoup. by the end of the seated rows I was taking a good few min to recoup.

Weight this morning was 193.2

Going to the gym in a couple hours, I will be doing a full body workout. I'm feeling pretty good right now, so hopefully it goes better than last week. I almost couldn't finish my workout because my hamstrings felt like they were going to tear. Lol.

What is your goal weight/competition weight?

I'm going to be honest, and I know this will sound absolutely retarded.. lol. I want to get to 183, and compete. Then I'm immediately going to start a heavy bulking cycle. The reason why this is so stupid is the reason I wanted to compete at 183 is to go to nationals at 183. So if I am already single digit body fat at 183, after a heavy bulk cycle there is no way I'll be able to get to 183 again. Lol. So I'm kind of confused. I might just stay non-tested and compete at 198 but still cut to 185ish before I bulk and keep it really lean.

USAPL i take it?

personally, id said stick with 198's(205's) if thats where youre eventally going to end up anyways. no point in yo yo'ing around unless youre going for a record or will be in the top spots at a national meet.

Yeah. If I'm going to be on gear, I might just plan on competing at 198. I'd really like to do usapl though and compete 205. Lol.

Are people commenting on your weight loss? I saw someone the other day I hadn't seen in forever and they said I looked like I lost weight. A big part of me hates hearing that, lol.
