I'm going to change my weight update to the morning when I wakeup. Figured since I'm fairly regular and drink basically the same amount of liquids every day my morning weight should be pretty consistent.
Weight today was 195.6
Blood pressure is still a little bit high. It measured at 128/78 yesterday. That was probably 30-45 minutes after the gym though. Needless to say, I'm not too concerned about it.
