Road to pure alphaness and a 1,600 total

I think I'm strong enough to do muscle ups, just never really tried them and learned the technique.

I can guarantee you could do one. You at least have the strength for it. To do kipping muscle ups there is a lot of technique, but I've done mote strict form muscle ups before without learning any fancy techniques, basically just trying to throw myself over the bar by doing a really explosive pullup. I was only 175 at that time, but I'm also significantly stronger now, so I'm hoping it'll even out.

I just tried one at the gym just now. Definitely could do it if I got the technique down. Don't have the time or energy to devote to it right now though.

Picture from this morning pre-workout at about 202lbs. Surprisingly even with being cold in my place, and being a little chubby at the moment, the veins are still decently visible. Have lost a little size since my last cycle, but I'll be looking to gain it back and some extra very soon!! Arms were 16.75 cold in this picture, hopefully will be around 17.5 after my next run....... Hopefully.... lolScreenshot_2017-01-08-15-22-14-1.png

This is my first day back "on". I'm going to bump the test up to 600mg's a week. At the moment, that's all I'm taking. I do have anadrol, dbol, tbol, deca, hgh, and anavar though. So I have a few options if I do decide that the test isn't cutting it. Honestly though, all 6 sets of 315 went up pretty good today even while still at 100mgs of test. So I'll probably just stick with test only until the last 4 weeks of my programming when I'm peaking to hit my maxes.

Love the high rep work, I was never stronger then when I threw in some high rep workouts.

As for your maxes I am guessing they will be raw lifts?

Once I started incorporating higher rep work into squats, bench, and deadlifts I did also notice it took all of the kinks out of the chain and made my lifts a lot more efficient which in return helped me lift more.

I do lift 100% raw on the bench, raw with the exception of a belt on the deadlift, and technically people consider it raw, but I use sleeves and a belt when I squat. I was originally going to shoot for a 550 raw squat, but I think my new goal is 600 in wraps. Which a lot of people still consider raw, but it's not really raw to me. Lol

I consider belt raw, and knee wraps on squats raw also. Good goals for a 200 or so lifter, good luck and make it happen.

Just a little update.

The squats went up pretty good. Nailed all the reps atg just fine. At the end of 6 weeks I'm going to test my 5 rep maxes before i imcrease training weights. I believe I need like a 330x5 on bench, 515x5 on the deadlift, and 435x5 on the squat. The squat I should already have, the deadlift and bench are pretty iffy though
