ribose and creatine

Okay . . I am going to order up some v12 turbo from SAN.

It contains 4g tricreatine malate, 1.5g AAKG, and 2g taurine . . .also some betaine and glut.

I was thinking about stacking that up with about 4g more of AAKG to absorb all nutrients for energy b/c I am cutting, and i was also looking into ribose b/c I hear it is great with creatine, but I am just not sure yet . . .

Do you think these other two supps. are worth it? Do you have other suggesrions for cutting supps. to stack with v12?

Last weekend of bulk, then cycle off monohydrate . . .and then its go time!!

Thanks for the help,

Ryan

I didnt know that people still sold ribose. After a month or two on the market everyone started to realize that it made no difference to their results.

LOL . . . thanks Bob

What about using AAKG on a cutting cycle to help absorb any and all nutrition intake, for boosted energy, and maybe even a lil' pump?

Accompanied with V12 that is . . . ?? Yes, No, Maybe?HELP!?

Don't wanna waste my time, money, and health.

Thanks,

Ryan

By the way . . . AAKG=NO2=Arginine w/ Alpha-ketoglutarate

But I can get a generic AAKG supp. w/o NO2's "physer" time-release for $60 LESS . . .so that's what I am asking for advice on.

Thanks.

I think the majority of supplements are a scam.

I wouldn't waste your time with any crap from GNC

The site looks scary, but it will show you some supplements that will make a difference.

After that, and you reached your natural potential, a lot of the guys on this board have the best alternative....

Funny that you mentioned this site. I did end up buying the generic AAKG supp. from NOW nutrition to take NO2's place as a MUCH cheaper alternative for energy on this weary cutting cycle. I also bought Swole to replace creatine monohydrate. Where did I purchase these you ask? . . .

They arrived just yesterday and I'm excited to begin.
