LDL Up on Lower Dose?

I dont want to sound like a snake oil sales man, but have you considered using prebiotics like green banana or high beta glucan oat bran? Both have solid clinical evidences in modulating your cholesterol.

Everything you take has risks of overdose and creating one problem while solving another. Whats the worst that could happen by eating some fiber? Shit more ?

I supplement with psyllium husk but I'll look into those other supps. Thanks for the recommendations.

Psyllium husk doesn't really ferment in your body to release short chain fatty acid, which is whats needed to trigger enteroendocrine cell receptors that further leads up to up-or downregulate cholesterol synthase....or feed necessary bacterias that will produce bacterial metabolites to do stuff
