Retatrutide Utilization on a bulk

Hey guys,

I just finished a 12 week cut on 4mg Retatrutide/week and have since upped my calories back to maintenance and am taking 2mg/week. I'm wondering if it will be worth it to continue Retatrutide during my growth phase mainly maintain insulin sensitivity when I up carbs and maximize nutrition partitioning. I've been cruising on 150mg Test a week but plan to run this cycle for my growth phase:
Test: 300mg
Deca: 200mg
EQ: 200mg
And 50mg Anadrol for the first 6 weeks

Looking forward to hearing what you guys have to say.
 
Amazing if you're eating 3000-4000 calories. I never realized how much it was hindering my ability to eat until I dropped it and 5500 calories felt like 3000, lol.
 
Yes. Great ancillary for on cycle. 2mg shouldn't blunt your hunger at all if you're coming down from 4mg but feel free to drop the dose or even split it 3 x week (MWF works) if you find you can't eat enough kcals.
Agree, I would think he would be fine at 2mg.

Even at 4mg for me, it doesn't kill hunger all that much but it does help with random cravings.

The 2mg dosage seems to be quite popular on the forums for those in maintenance and also for those still wanting to add strength.
 
I had to stop Reta injections (4mg / week) on the bulk I'm on. Not so much the appetite suppression because I can still force myself to eat but the slowed digestion was killing me. I prefer 3 big meals a day over 5 or 6 smaller ones and everything would sit like a solid rock in my stomach for 5-6 hours. Even super simple, bland shit like white rice, oatmeal, chicken breast.

I may slowly try to bring it back at a smaller dose like 1-2mg and see what happens but it took two complete weeks off before I could get in 4K calories without being a bloated mess.

If you're fully desensitized you might even start lower, like 0.5 mg just to test the waters for a couple weeks. The suppression takes time to ramp
 
0.5mg ED been a blessing. Fasting BS is under 80 while on 8iu of Growth. I was in the 90s prior to starting hgh or reta.

I do everyday because less Appetite suppression and less restrictive on my GI. Fixed my IBS and I have no problems getting 4k cals

Also pretty convinced this is one of the reasons I am barely gaining fat according to dexa while in a 500cal surplus. 1.5lb first month and 1.4lb second month but up almost 10 pounds on the scale each of those months xD I filled the fuck out NICELY. 20 Pounds heavier and was only 1% higher BF after two months. (Coming from a heavy cut tho so I know most of that is just water <3)

do you mind sharing how much you started on for reta? was it 4mg the whole time or like the 2mg most seem to start with. im on week 4 now. did 2mg first 2 weeks, then 2.5mg the past 2. day 24 today.

im not taking any gh or test or anything to gain muscle other than creatine recently so i have lost a bit. im on too many meds atm to go that route but when my weight is around 250lbs i poan to introduce something. im 302lbs right now.

Get down to at least 12% bf before using any steroids. Obese people do not do well on cycle and they invite more sides than lean people. Delay your gratification until you create the right environment.

I'd say get on GH now though. The lipolytic effects will speed up your weight loss. it's also beneficial to loose skin. it won't prevent it completely but it will help with elasticity.

Thanks for the advice. My research told me to wait on the GH until 250lb due to the load on my heart. im on bp, adhd, and gout meds. they raise my bp a lot and i already have a very hard time retaining water. im working on things tho.

body fat is 35%. i have a long way to go to 12% but im in the right mind-set now.

Ya man, it'll be worth the wait. Drop your carb intake and check your sodium, potassium, electrolyte levels. Maybe cut salt to bare min.
