Can you fill the cartridges up only part way, its optimal for my dosing to only have 1.8ml inside the cartridge, will this lead to injecting air or how do i prevent this/is this okay?

You'll be fine man.
Before injecting just bleed the air out until you get some of the fluid come out.

You'll see that little rubber stopper keep moving up the cartridge and pushing all the air out

It should. I probably won't use the 3ml carts that it comes with tho.

I personally don't like that style, but it should work with normal cartridges and needles.

You purge all the air before the first injection.

It's in units. So 100 units is 1ml.

Lots of peptide calculators out there if you're unsure about what unit is what dose

But like one guy said 100 units is 1ml, so 10 is 0.1ml etc etc

I know how to dose I just wasn’t sure how these generic pens are dosing. Only pens I’ve ever used are Genos and those are dosed in mg

Fair enough, i wasn't trying to be rude lol just putting the information out there for ya

These humapen, eli lilly/ergo 2 pens are insulin pens so they are all measured in units

I'd highly recommend sanity checking the dose. I put an insulin syringe in the end and dosed 10, 30 and 60 units 10s of times.

Use some dyed water to make it easy.
