Venting is not a problem if you use a vent needle.

Ali Express prices have doubled or more since I last bought a pen, but search for "Ergo 2 pen" and you'll find options.

I (re)sterilize them in my instant pot.

I don’t bother sterilizing anymore. Stg did a test on a few vendors and they all passed sterility

What a pain in the ass I think I'll stick with single use insulin pins.

Yup pain in the ass..
5 minutes to load a 3ml glass cassette that lasts me 30 days

But spending the 5 minutes to reconstitute & fill a syringe and pin every single day is fine

Venting is no issue at all.
1 syringe fills and a needle tip in just to allow air escape, thats all thats needed.

The glass cassette holds i believe 3.3-3.5ml so could be enough volume to last you 30ish days and once thats done all you do is throw a needle on the end and your done.

Repeat the 5 minute process when completed all the 3-3.5ml of peptides

That is the right one, there is hundreds of them available on that website.

That will absolutely work. You can also search for “V1” and “V2” pens, and “HumaPen” for some nice discounted Lily Savio pens (should be <$30). Just avoid Novo pens, as they need to be modded, so probably aren’t the best starter pen.

Just search insulin pen needles and you'll find a selection

I usually use 32g 4-6mm i believe they are

These work for me. Gluco-Care Plus, 8mm, with a flat base.

I really like the BD pen needles. I get them from Diabetic Supplies | Trusted Brands | Shop ADW Diabetes. They are a little more expensive but super smooth. Amazon is really touch-and-go as far as what is actually suitable for human use.
