It's what I call a carb load day. when Im on a lower carb portion of my diet every Sat. I could use one of those, too. I'm currently doing a 6 day depletion and one day load. Sunday is my day. I eat low GI carbs and lots of them. During the other 6 days it's 400 protein and less than 20 carbs (sugar free popcicles still have 3 carbs in em).patsfan said:Bump on this for info.
