Testo p - 200 mg weekly
Masteron p - 200 mg weekly
Tren a - 200 mg weekly
Npp - 400 mgweekly
Superdrol 20 mg/ed
Clenbuterol 40/80mcg/ed (last 2 weeks)

**Kcal:** 2800–3200

* Protein 2.2–2.5 g/kg
* Fat 40g
* Carbs 330 g DAY ON / REST DAY 250g


Look good for recomp?

I know , bunch of epakillers and 2 19-noir mixed

I add npp for a bit of volume , its a recomp not a cut

I have no sides in the past whit 700mg tren/weekly and Blood work was fine (colesterol a bit bad)

I only want to go back to my prime

Some tip?

Why Bro?

I posted a similar post in June, but my shoulder rotators were still creaking and I decided to wait...what don't you like about my cycle? I think it's clear from the post that these aren't my first cycles and that I'm getting comfortable with this compound

ive decided ultimately to run my trt at 175 until my full size is back and injury is completely gone until i can blast again.

i if i was gonna do a recomp while coming out of injury i would do something like 300mg test a week + 100mg deca for joints and just run that until i was fully back on my toes

this is not a recomp but a full blown contest prep cycle ran as long as a offseason cycle you're running lol. just throw 1 more oral in there

you can blast your balls off after you have regained your old size and recomped

take what you want from that whether you like the answer or not

Seems over complicated for a recomp. I'm sure it will work, but I'm not sure it will work better than a simpler cycle.

If you tolerate tren, just run it with test for the duration. That is MORE than enough.

but yes truly, test + tren just let test sit at somewhere around 300mg u dont need more for recomping and then let tren do its work by 100mg it'll have crazy recomping effects.

just please dont do x at 700 mg y at 500mg z at 600mg oralx at 50mg etc etc. its way too overkill for speeding up a process you can do with trt easily in few months if you get me.

if you want you can create a recomp log and say everything you do in there about training, nutrition, supplements, injury, peds and people will naturally voice their opinions and help you forward so you can decide on what you want in the future.

knowing myself im just gonna start tiltrating from trt, to trt+ and go into full cycle whenever im ready since ive been putting my blast on hold until my injury is recovered 100%.

think something like upping test from 175>300>500 adding eq, deca in and so fourth. but im planning to do it over the course of 9 months so im taking things very slow and sprinkling stuff in whenever i need to.

rocking with high dosages its never smart to go into it at all once, especially with 5 different compounds even if you're used to them. going from 150mg test to 1000 and then back to 100 i think anyone have tried and haven't ended up feeling well.

you should never go to full blast while not being at your 100%
