* Carbs 330 g DAY ON / REST DAY 250g
Look good for recomp?
Im out since january for injury (boxe)
I Will start next month
7/7 day on when i can or only 6/7
I really miss the Gym guys
I know , bunch of epakillers and 2 19-noir mixed
I add npp for a bit of volume , its a recomp not a cut
I have no sides in the past whit 700mg tren/weekly and Blood work was fine (colesterol a bit bad)
I only want to go back to my prime
