Trying to nail down my diet. What's everyone use to get the best Body Fat measurement?

Can't find a Dexa scan. No bod pod near me.

any help?

Thanks

Just use calipers. They might not be that accurate but if you are using them correctly you'll be able to measure a decrease in bodyfat, which is what you're looking for. It you consistently measure lower BF each time you use them, you'll know you're on course.

Unless you are at a low body fat to use calipers correctly, forget about it and just use measuring tape.

Or just buy your own device, there are plenty available on Ebay and they are affordable.

I agree to a certain extent with the measuring tape but they're all going to do the same thing... They're going to (hopefully) confirm a downward trend of bodyfat. Which, honestly, is what a scale is going to do.

I used dexa, calipers, measurements, etc. I found them to all be relatively close to one another. Accu-measure calipers are actually pretty decent and easy to use.
