I am tired of being a stupid time-wasting disgraceful skinnyfat rat, so I am starting a new diet tomorrow

I have spent the last 6 years stuffing myself with junk food while trying to come up with a good cutting diet

meal 1: 64 grams of protein, 19 grams of carbs, 7 grams of fats

meal 2: 44 grams of protein, 61 grams of carbs, 37 grams of fats

meal 3: 75 grams of protein, 0 grams of carbs, 65 grams of fats

total: 183 grams of protein, 80 grams of carbs, 109 grams of fats.

calories: slightly above 2000

is this a good cutting diet? will this get me from 20% bodyfat to 10% in 6 weeks? I will be very active, so my TDEE will probably be 3000+

Way too many fats and not near enough protein. Carbs, hard to tell without knowing more, but they might be fine if you are (A) on enough gear and (B) eating enough protein, and (C) training hard enough to signal the body to hold on to lean mass.

What are you eating with weird macros like that?

from 20% bodyfat to 10% in 6 weeks?
You should really allow more time for such a visually dramatic difference in bodyfat levels.

20 to 10 is night and day different.

Without knowing what you weigh or seeing pics, that is about 20 pounds of fat for most persons, and that assumes you hold on to all of your muscle.

Notice I did not say 20 pounds of weight. The first 8-10 are just water and glycogen. Most folks stop there and think they lost 8-10 pounds of fat. Then they bulk (because they are "afraid to lose all the size they worked so hard for") and put back on the 8-10 pounds and look the same. It becomes a never ending cycle of dropping water and glycogen and filling it back up, years of making no progress, just back and forth on the scale.

Cut? Cut for real. Get down to 10% or below. That is probably not a mere 6 week process.

Bulk? Bulk for real. Again, not a 6 week process.

Don't half ass it.

Give yourself a few months, like 4-5. That is what it takes in the real world, especially if you are not carrying a large amount of lean mass (like 240 stage weight).

Without knowledge of

How many hours a week you are currently doing cardio?

How many calories have you been eating the 4 weeks previous to this?

We cannot really help much. You need to get control over your body. Never heard of someone getting skinny fat without cardio being woefully underused.

Dialing in an eating or cardio program is very important. Step one is doing something consistently so that results can be had and then adjustments can be made.

What are even micronutrients.. so much wrong with this.

You starting a cut on 2000kcal? where are you going when you stall? youll probably end up at 1200kcal and 2 hours cardio and a bunch of micronutrient deficencies.

No.

today is 1st day of diet

to you saying it's too little protein or too low calories, I weigh around 164 lbs

I will bump this thread with before and after pics once I reach 10% bodyfat

It's still not enough protein, unless you don't care about preserving muscle. My wife eats more protein than that on a prep when cutting, and she weighs a lot less than you.

Include some food choices too. Are your carbs coming from rice or sour cherry blasters? I agree that you should up your protein a bit and your starting calories... you can always drop the calories gradually as your cut progresses

You couldn’t have stuffed yourself too much with junk food, you are 164 lbs you say? Start simple, just eat clean and lift

Troll on dumbass. 164lbs and 20% bf? What. Aiming for like 130lbs and cut?

in all honesty you need 6 months + to lose that much. Start w 200 calorie deficit and 20 min ss cardio a day. Drop 50 calories when you start to stall and every 7-8 weeks take a few days off dieting up to an entire week and eat at maintenance - 100 calorie surplus. Then start over.
