So do you think Vic is Hammer? Hammer was banned sometime around July of 17 and it looks like Vic opened up around September of 17.

I believe he is. I think it was Frank and Mindless that called him out on ASF for posting the same pics of his bins from when he was running under a different name, elite maybe. The logos are pretty close. They "decided" to go private right after that, but popped up over on BOP. Seems like anyone that calls out Victory for their shit, they decide to go private.

The Hammer totes was Prime Pharma. Elite isn’t Vic, though I thought he was because of the similarity in logos, but Elite got popped by the DEA and DHS.
