For the sake of us being friends, can you leave the part about me being disposable out of your explanations from now on?
I'm not a business man but I'm pretty sure that "don't treat your customers like a bunch of porch monkeys" is business 101. Just keeping both mid and long term profits in mind, of course.
But like any business, some are complicated, others are Karens, and a minority are real POS, so everyone gets the treatment they deserve, I hired assistants who have better patience than me to deal with customers anger, but still I have to step up on frequent basis to stop the lack of respect to those young ladies that some guys allow themselves to, if you can't work in the right atmosphere, having to accept the humiliation, what good is money for?
I'm grateful for Meso Rx, and fortunately the majority of my customers are very friendly, patient, they know what to expect, they know it's a risky business for both sellers and buyers, and we work together to minimize the risks and losses on both sides, and that's what made our thread the most watched in Meso, and that's what motivates us to give more and more, I saw the sources here on Meso following the advice of the vets, they ended up with no business, it's like listening to the advice of feminists, you end up divorced without children with 2- 3 pets at 60.
