Yeah exactly. There's a big difference between receiving and sending these drugs. Threatening your clients isn't exactly a good look. Crediting them for your mistakes seems like the logical move. I feel like QSC deals with clients the way a Landlord deals with their Tenants. With intimidation and threats instead of good faith. Whatever is mistakenly sent is useless because it is unidentifiable to the recipient, however he is just opened to a custom risk. So instead of asking the recipient to pay for an order he can’t identify and doesn’t even want, Tracy should instead incentivize him to make it worthwhile to send it to their warehouse or the person who ordered. This is only if he is comfortable doing it.
But since that is your stance, its your business not mine, hopefully your shipper do not make bigger mistakes next time.
You just ordered during the wrong period, during holidays there is no personnel to process your payments and confirm them and process the orders in timely manner so some payments can be missed and some orders can be delayed. A friend and I both ordered Domestic US and still no tracking number yet for either of us. You would think that them having a Warehouse in the US means that you should get your order within a week or two. But nope you wait 2 weeks just for a tracking number. Doesn't seem very trustworthy. And yes tracking numbers are important not everybody can sit at home all day waiting for their package, for people who work and have jobs it's nice to track when your package will arrive.

This whole conversation could be avoided, if the rep that got the shipping wrong provided a prepaid shipping label with QSC shipping partner on the send info to whatever recipient they wanted shipped.
Slap the label, drop it in a box, done.
Personally I would not ship legal/gray/illicit peptides or whatnot to an individual with my own details on the label. I would just return to sender or drop it in a mailing box WITHOUT my own details on it.
