From now on, for orders placed after 10th may 2024, the customers who experience a consequent delay on their orders can apply for a free gift on their next order as compensation for the wait.
Delays because of bank transfer receipts won't be taken in consideration because the count starts from the day the payment is confirmed on our end.
Between the day you pay and special line trackings for EU, Canada and Australia, you should count 1 week. So this week not taken in consideration.
Holidays not counted.
For the rest, let's say, you paid in crypto, payment received, domestic order and wasn't shipped until 7-10 days later, because of a mistake on our end or missed orders, or product lack of stock.
Or for example international order and shipped 3 weeks later for some reason.
You can apply for the gift, the sales agents were given instructions so that the reason of delay will be examinated, and if it's our fault and delay was confirmed and unjustified, a gift will be systematically added with your next international order.

This whole conversation could be avoided, if the rep that got the shipping wrong provided a prepaid shipping label with QSC shipping partner on the send info to whatever recipient they wanted shipped.
Slap the label, drop it in a box, done.
Personally I would not ship legal/gray/illicit peptides or whatnot to an individual with my own details on the label. I would just return to sender or drop it in a mailing box WITHOUT my own details on it.

QSC r super slow even for domestic orders. A friend and I both ordered Domestic US and still no tracking number yet for either of us. You would think that them having a Warehouse in the US means that you should get your order within a week or two. But nope you wait 2 weeks just for a tracking number. Doesn't seem very trustworthy. And yes tracking numbers are important not everybody can sit at home all day waiting for their package, for people who work and have jobs it's nice to track when your package will arrive.
Quick question though, say shipper mistakenly sent me 2kgs of raws or 10 kits of who knows what and it got snagged by customs and I got in trouble for it, who’s gonna pay for my legal fees?

So instead of asking the recipient to pay for an order he can’t identify and doesn’t even want, Tracy should instead incentivize him to make it worthwhile to send it to their warehouse or the person who ordered. This is only if he is comfortable doing it.
But since that is your stance, its your business not mine, hopefully your shipper do not make bigger mistakes next time.

Yeah exactly. There's a big difference between receiving and sending these drugs. Threatening your clients isn't exactly a good look. Crediting them for your mistakes seems like the logical move. But reading through this thread I don't think he cares about clients. That's a big mistake. Pennies or not, without clients there is no money. I feel like QSC deals with clients the way a Landlord deals with their Tenants. With intimidation and threats instead of good faith. Just my two cents.

And let's not forget that this source is literally doxxing other members by providing the name and address of the member, then telling another member to reship it to this person (or face consequences). The doxxing part is horrible OPSEC. You're going to get people busted. That's completely unacceptable.

You just ordered during the wrong period, during holidays there is no personnel to process your payments and confirm them and process the orders in timely manner so some payments can be missed and some orders can be delayed. You were aware about the holidays and you like to bitch about everything and nothing so keep doing what you are doing and we keep doing what we’re doing, next.

No I wasnt aware of the holidays actually. Why would I be aware of Chinese holidays while living in the US? That makes no sense. Also, "Bitch about everything." Lol no. Just letting other potential clients know how poor the communication is and how slow the shipping is even for domestic orders (US, UK, CA). Look at the past few pages of your thread.... full of complaints. People being honest about their experiences with you somehow means bitching... Nah. If you want to run a business like a landlord then expect nobody to like you. Tenants don't like asshole landlords. You think clients don't matter, but you're wrong because without clients there's no money.

The thing is it’s the latter that QSC asks you to do when this happens. At least in my experience.
For me I recieved a pack of much less value & was asked to ship it to the client or my pack was held hostage… Still have a $400 kit of hCG.
