PWO shake vs. Fast Food

Mr10x I think his name is posted this. It's interesting to say the least but if you follow nutrition it doesn't come as a surprise.
 
I've been using shakes as my main source of protein and have not had any problems...people who say "who foods ftw, powder is shit" is into bro science IMO.

Now, as for the research. So, If I drank a protein shake with the same macros as a big mac it would not matter? But, isn't this essentially IFFYM?
 
I keep shakes on hand, but only for when i dont feel like eating. Its cheaper for me to just eat my protien, i live in the south and family cooks a lot and own more than one resturaunt. Plus two weeks out of the month im at work and can eat anything for free.
