Putting up big ass numbers

Well... I'm thinking about just doing 181 now. Ha. I'm a little over 12 hours out and only 10lbs over. So i might just hop in the hot tub for awhile tonight. Sweat out a good 6lbs. Then see what i weigh in the morning. Hopefully I'll only be a couple pounds over and I'll just go hop in the tub for a good 20 minutes and go weigh in. If I pull it off and can rehydrate good and preform on meet day I'll be looking at a 500+ wilks.
 
Weigh ins went good. I forgot my scale so I didn't know when to stop cutting. Ended up weighing 84kg, so i got pretty close, few pounds over the 181 class. Didn't feel bad at all this morning so I'm hoping after i slam a bunch water, chocolate milk, and pedialyte i should feel good to go tomorrow.

Breakfast today was blueberry pancakes, ham and cheese omelet, and cheesy hasbrowns. It was pretty awesome. Lol
 
Quick morning update. I feel pretty good. Set my openers pretty conservative. Around a 530 squat, 350 bench, and a 570 dead. I feel pretty good so far this morning so I'm hoping i smoke them. The one guy in the 198 class is opening up at 670+ on squat. If he hits around 770 like he thinks he is, it's going to be hard to close that gap. So I'm hoping he bombs out. Lol

Back to training. Starting these next couple weeks off a little light to get back in the groove, then I'll ramp it up probably next week. My goal is to stay under 210lbs and harden up a bit. I want to be putting up a 1,750 total by may. I'm guessing that will be about a 640 squat, 435 bench, and 675 deadlift. For now I'm probably going to just cruise at 150mg of test, and I'm probably going to introduce hgh soon in hopes of helping me harden up a bit while still being able to eat and hit prs.

Felt good to do a nice sweaty hypertrophy workout. Feels like its been forever.

Don't know if i posted this earlier but my neck, back, shoulders, and elbows are getting pretty sore. So i decided I'm going to start going to the chiropractor once a week, get massages twice a week and do stretching/mobility work everyday. Today was my first day. The chiropractor sure cracked the shit out of my back and neck. Then the massage afterwards almost put me to sleep. Ha.

Elbows are still a bit flared up, and shoulders are still a bit tight. Had some knee paid upon waking up which I'm attributing to the gh. I started at 4iu ed, althougb everything I've read said start at 2iu for the first 3-4 weeks. Lol. So I'll probably bump it down to 2iu. I suppose they say thats all you need for what i want out of it anyways. Improved tendons, fat loss, better sleep.

No. Basically all I've noticed is I've been sleeping better and now my knees feel sore. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary so i figured it was probably the gh. What dose do you prefer? Have you noticed much difference from 2 to 4ius a day?

Crazy, vivid dreams?

I've run 2iu up to 5iu. The numbness was bad at higher doses for awhile, then it seems to subside. I'm probably gonna run some here soon at around 2iu.

I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary for dreams. I always have strange dreams though.

I've heard some peoe say it can even effect your deadlift grip?

It never affected mine at all even when my hands were like swollen, numb sausages. Those people probably had weak grip to begin with.

My body is starting to feel better. Not sure if ithe massages and chiropractor are helping, but they do feel good. Lol. The only thing thay really hurts is a bit of pain in my left shoulder and elbow.

My elbows, back, knees, and neck are feeling pretty good. Shoulder is about 90%. Going to try to fully rehab it without stopping bench. It's definitely feeling a lot better but still a little bit of pain.

Didn't feel too bad today. Elbows and back are still holding up good. I had just a little bit of pain after the 1st set of bench in my shoulder. The second set i didn't have any.

Decided to have someone take care of my programming for me and got someone to take care of my diet for me. This will all be starting next week. So everything will be the same for now.
 
Just got my starting macros back. The diet coach basically told me I'm unnecessarily fat and should focus the next 8 weeks on losing weight before i bulk any further. (Fucking dickhead) lol.

My starting macros for the cut are 290 grams of protein, 480 grams of carbs, and 120 grams of fat.
