Putting up big ass numbers

Haha. That's not her only one. She has two. The small one she keeps her cards and cash in. Then her big one I think she keeps a closet in, a makeup store, and a whole salon worth of hair products.

My girl sent me to Dillards the other day to get her some fancy purse she saw online. When I'm at the counter paying for it I'm looking at it thinking she'll never fit her stuff in it, so I sent her a snapchat of it next to my hand for size reference. She tells me to have them put the money back on my card, it's too small. Ended up getting a different one.

Workout was,

2x8 paused bench @ 295lbs
2x8 high bar squats @ 380lbs
2x8 deadlifts @ 425lbs

Ended up deciding on a more linear perioization method for my last training block. Hoping to come out of this with max triples at 395 on the bench, 510 on squat, and 605 on deadlift.

Also needed to drop a few pounds because i was up to basically 212 after vegas. Lol. Way too much weed and munchies. Barely cut the calories and in a few days I'm walking around at 202... Ha.
 
Just a quick correction. I said yesterday I wanted to work up to a triple of 510 for 3 on squat. I was using that for my theoretical 1rm I want to be at with sleeves. When I do my max triples in 5 weeks I'll actually be using wraps. So I'll be doing 555lbs for 3.

3x6 high bar squats @ 405lbs
2x6 deadlifts @ 455lbs

I'm going to start upping the calories again. I'm trying not to get above about 205. As long as I don't go to vegas again get high all day and eat 10,000 calories a day, i should be fine. Ha

Squats and deadlifts are moving really easy. Bench is a bit behind where i was hoping, but I'm going to keep pushing and see what happens

3x2 paused bench @ 365lbs
3x2 high bar squats @ 460lbs
2x2 deadlifts @ 525lbs

Squats and deads were a breeze again. I think I'm right on track to be where i want on those. Bench was a bit rougher than it should've been. That's how it's been all week. It should be a solid rpe7 this week, then 8 next week and pushing a 9 the followinng week before i deload. It's been at a good 8-8.5 all week, so hopefully when i come back monday it feels better.

2x8 highbar squats @ 395lbs
2x8 deadlifts @ 440lbs

I was pretty surprised with this workout. Bench felt awesome. Bumped the weight up this week and the rpe actually went down. So that's good. Squats were pretty easy. Was able to do all 8 back to bavk without resting at the top. Deadlifts were obviously really easy also.

2x4 desdlifts @ 505lbs

Front delts are really starting to get tight and sore. I'll see how they feel tomorrow, but i might just be one and done on my sets tomorrow for bench. Other than that, squats and deads are still moving really good.

Cut the bench short because my shoulder was sore. Squats moved pretty decent and deadlifts were pretty easy. I must have messed up my sceduling because i see the meet is right around the corner. So I'm going to start backing down the volume and move into higher intensity training.

4x15 calf raises
5x12 preacher curls

Starting to shed volume and up the intensity. Worked up to a heavy triple on squats. They obviously felt pretty heavy because I've literally never had 545 on my back and don't know how to wrap my knees worth a shit. Lol. They still came up really smooth. I know i had a couple more in me and my partner said they looked really smooth.

Bench didn't move too bad. It was a little rough, but that could be because my shoulder is a bit sore yet.

Squats didn't move too bad. I didn't wraps my knees worth a shit because i was trying to hurry for my gym partners and they still all came up pretty decent. I think nect week when i bump up the weight im going to have to tell them to fuck off and wait for me to wrap my knees properly because my top sets will be closer to an rpe 9.

Bench didn't move too bad, but not as good as i would've liked to feel good about a 425 bench. Lol. I figured that was a bit of wishful thinking, but oh well.
 
Up until now i thought i might still have a chance at winning my class. I just saw one guy post up a video of a 780lbs squat at 198lbs 4 weeks out. Ha.... Thats going to be pretty hard to keep uo with. Ha.. Fuck. Might have to slip him some sleeping pills the night before the meet so he doesn't wake up.for the meet. Ha

Squats were a bit rough, but they came up. Must've been almost am rpe 9. 600lbs is still looking like a possibility.

Honestly, 375 felt lighter than 365 last week. I had at lesst one more in me and possibly a grinder after that. Lol. I have a big deadlift day tomorrow. I'm doing my all time pr for a triple. Hoping it comes up nice and smooth

585 was supposed to be my triple weight. Decided since I'm only deadlifting once a week to not limit myself and do an amrap instead. Got up to 5 and my back started rounding a bit so i stopped. If i really wanted to i know i had 6 but my back would be hating me when i squat 585 tomorrow. Lol
