What happens when you plug your cam into the usb and turn on the camera? If you have a program installed that can open it, then it should come up automatically. If you need photoshop I can send you 7.0. I have to check what my cam uses to download the pics. wisdomthick said:Ok, have some pics i want to post but i can't find the software that came with my camera. is there a way to get the pics off my camera onto the cpu? i have the usb connector still so i can connect the camera to the cpu. than what?
thick said:i dont have any software that does photos on this cpu. My old cpu had my digital camera software. nothing happens when i plug it in and turn it on
thick said:now that sounds handy. good price also. so than it automatically takes the images from your media card and puts them onto your cpu? my media cards are like miniature floppy discs. called smart media cards. they can't be too smart if they can't even put themselves onto the computer though

vegas said:Hey Thick......Looks like olympus does not have driver support for your model anymore. You could try contacting their customer service dept. Also this camera olympus d-360 L uses a serial port connection not usb . If you plan on using this camera alot I suggest you go ahead and get a usb card reader. This way you just remove the media and plug into the usb and assuming you have windows xp the system will take it from there. Serial port downloads from camera take a lot longer than usb. What os are you using if not xp?.....Peace Vegas
