PSMF mid blast to “clean up”?

Just came back from a 2 week holiday where calories went out the window. I still trained hard but put on too much body fat than I would like (I over ate a ton).

I’m usually very meticulous about tracking and track everything I do eat, especially when bulking since I hate looking fluffy. I’m looking to shed the fat gain from the holiday and get back to the bulking blast I am on in a small surplus.

Has anyone incorporated a PSMF for a short time period (say 2 weeks) during a bulk phase to drop some fat/tighten up, to “make room” to continue bulking/ get back to a body fat you are happy with?

Appreciate any insight.
 
You could look into doing a mini cut. RP has a video on them. I think they have 2 videos and the older one is better. Their newer content is more gen pop.

2-4 weeks at 1-1.25% weight loss per week. Ends up being a pretty big deficit without having to go psmf. I've done them at the end of a blast to clean up and it worked well but I wasnt grossly fat or anything. A mini cut isn't gonna get your fat ass lean if you need a proper diet phase.

I’m by no means fat or anything. I just put on more fat than i’d like to continue the bulk. I probably put on as much fat as I do in a 4 month bulk in 2 weeks LOL, the daily surplus was that big. I’m just looking to drop what I gained over the 2 weeks and go back into my small surplus to continue the bulk from a better place.

I don’t mind going dropping as low as PSMF since it’s only for a short time, so I think I may as well maximise the fat lost during that time. I’m curious if muscle loss would be an issue of PSMF mainly, if done 11-12 days with anabolics (i’m on only 500 test atm).

RP is a bit of a meme youtuber IMO. I don’t agree with what i see on his volume recommendations etc. reconvening shit like 30+ sets a week per muscle.

you are literally not big enough to lose muscle on 1600 calories for 2 weeks + PEDs. You're not even going to be reaching into fat storage for a couple days let alone in a week. Get back on plan and have insanely low rest days cals.

yeah you can drop 10-20lbs in about 2-3 weeks if you go really hard and incorporate some lipolytics and stimulants to get through it lol.
 
You never mentioned your weight before holiday and after holiday ?

Big difference between put on a bunch of weight compared to actual fat …

there’s about a 4kg difference. It was about 6-7kg as soon as I got back before returned to regular eating,
 
Continue regular eating add another 10k steps on treadmill at incline. After a week you’ll be back to where you were weight wise before vacation

psmf+cardio+lifting+AAS/tren/anavar+clen/yohimbine/mirabegron/albuterol/caffeine/nicotine/carnitine/cardarine/dnp+t3/t4+gh for example, it depends how exotic and hard you want to go :)

You could also experiment with modafinil, motsc, slupp332, mito1mq and so on but ive never used it myself.

Would adding growth for such a short priod while doing this even be beneficial? I hear that’s it’s mostly a long term game with it.

I may as well go hard as I can during this 2-3 weeks then, so I’ll PSMF, cardio, lift, AAS (just continue bulk), i’m on reta and cag, and feeling on your answer above, gh.

the effect of gh on fat is acute so yes. You'd want around 2iu spread across the day every 3-4h to maximize FFA liberation if i remember correct, if you pin subQ
