Progesterone gyno and bloating. Bloods.

Hi, I've been dealing with gyno for some time now. I'm off any hormones for a while. I've done bloods in the last year and they always looked kinda the same. This are my last bloods. I'm 34 btw.

LH: 5
TT: 800
Prolactin: 17 (4 - 15)
Estrogen: 87 ( 94 - 232)
Progesterone: 1.03 (0.159 - 0.474)

I'm also experiencing abdominal bloating that doesn't want to go away. I wake up, like I've already eaten lunch. It's very annoying, I don't know if it's related to hormones, but there it is.

My gyno started getting worse in May, I used tamox for a month and it stopped hurting but after cessation of the serm it started to flare up again. As I wasn't in a good mental state to fiddle with serm's again, I said fuck it, I'm gonna get surgery. Which I am about to do, but the surgeon wants me to see and endo first. Which I would have done anyway, but wanted to do the surgery now, till it's still winter and gym's are closed, oh well ...

I've basically had low estro for the last year with elevated prolactin and (I presume) progesterone. I only just tested for progesterone but I have found it to be elevated off cycle before. My E2 has never actually been high. Even on cycle, it's always been carefully monitored. It seems that my gyno has grown in the past 6 months by x2, and this was, as I said, with basically crashed e2. I thought gyno could grow only with high e2, guess I was wrong.

Does anybody have any idea what could be causing me to have elevated progesterone and prolactin with crashed e2? And the bloating and the bad digestion, could it be linked?

Tnx, appreciate any advice. Will followup this thread with results from my endo.
