I agree here, and in most cases. But also, “search through 15k messages” is wild lol. The search feature is good, but not THAT good. I think i’m just ass at searching.

a bit off topic, but it would be nice to use those google search AI features to search through giant meso threads.

You can with any AI or search engine. The problem is they have limited page views without an account.

i've yielded great results at 175-250mgs a week in the past, but its fair to say i dose damn near everything lower than most on here
I’m the same. I do great at 200 and maybe 300 with mast. Looking at my past I’ve come to realize those high volumes weren’t necessary and I get the same now. But I’ve also grown way more insightful on diet and training. Understanding how to correctly cycle your diet, when to switch up training type and formats along with walking away from drinking and getting that sleep. Plus the gains are much more permanent on those times when test is all you can do due to injury or a health reset. I’m sure you e seen those guys that blast and blast then months later when they stop they fall off a cliff then they are right back at it. It’s a long game if you want to do this for a long time. Chess not checkers

Tons of good points here. When you focus on diet you realize there is no longer room for alcohol- like zero room. No booze automatically improves sleep and you fall into a very consistent schedule.

I think what people fail to realize also is you have a genetic potential even with gear. At some point you’re going to hit the point where you are is where you are. Doing grams a week eventually just turns into wasted money and increased health risk. Everyone isn’t meant to have a pro card or be a top tier athlete. The sooner they sinks in the more responsible you’ll be. If you’re blasting to be the biggest guy in town or your local planet fitness maybe take a step back. Body dysmorphia is a real thing and it’s a battle lots of people lose

Another huge learning experience that people come to at different points is that the leaner you are, the healthier you are, the more gear you can run (if you wanted to). One of the biggest mistakes people make is going really high on the food and the gear at the same time. It’s unnecessary and very unhealthy. Idk why people don’t believe pros who say they run 2 grams in the off season. That plus GH and insulin with a lot of food and elite genetics is plenty to grow to a lean but watery 300 lbs. Sadly, this is what shortens the longevity of these guys. Muscle or fat, 300 lbs ain’t it. Closer to 3 grams or more for contest prep to hold tissue is what I’ve heard from coaches I’ve worked with / spoken to. These are huge dosages but for the big fellas it’s what is required. I see so many goddam fools on social media bragging about taking 2 grams of gear and you throw a t shirt on them you’d never know they lifted weights let alone took gear. What’s very tricky is internalizing the more is NOT better mantra. It’s counter intuitive but it’s 100% true. Except for masteron. Because Dr Lee told us so.

100% agree. If you experiment enough you will realize there is a point of diminishing returns. You add more drugs and dont get more gains, you just get more sides which leads to less gains.

No e2 issue running higher than test? I know its not a true AI but still curious
Not for me. Recently I had test at 525, mast 490 and E2 was low 40’s. I push the mast a little higher when I want to really dry out. But 1:1 ratio is where I run it most of the time.

That said, some guys get zero E2 help from mast. It took me a few rounds of bloodwork to dial this in and see how / if it helped with e2. I’ve seen some bloodwork where guys are running test/mast at 1:1 and the E2 is over 100. And you need to check because sometimes mast can mask the high E2 symptoms and there’s no benefit to having E2 that high even if you “feel” ok on the cocktail.

That makes sense. I believe it acts more like a serm. Blocks the effects of e2 but doesn't actually lower it or something to that affect.

I hear added some Mast P to my trt during a cut. We'll see how she goes.
