I never find anything good used where I am. I went with GMWD or whatever their called. I'm not a high roller but their equipment gets the job done for me. With the bonus that I don't need to leave the house, can train with the kids bouncing around.

At first I thought you were saying that the freezer wouldn't help prevent the gso from going rancid, but then I realized you meant that a manual vs auto defrost freezer won't make a difference with oils, and that's spot on

That's correct. There's no water in the oil, so the dethaw cycle won't matter. It's not like it actually thaws out the freezer, it just warms the walls so the ice sublimates.
I can only imagine you have a big enough stash of everything that you could be a pharmacy lol. Goals.

Swear to god Cybex is the worst hack squat made in existence!! My gyms also use these. I hate them. Local bodybuilding gym by me has one from the 90’s/2000’s I drive 30 mins to just hit legs there.
