The only reason I like Popeyes is for their price matching. Whenever bb.com/supplementscanada etc has big deals I pull it up on my app and show them. All they do is add the $11 for shipping and if it's cheaper than in store I get it for that price.

I like to get chipotle before I lift or qudoba if I can't get to chipotle... lol. I usually do a bowl with double white rice, double chicken, corn salsa, verse salsa, and guacamole. Then I'll drink a poweraide during my workout.

I also have done some pop tarts with peanut butter in between them if I have to get a earlier am workout in
 
Whatever is easiest. If I got chicken thighs prepped i'll slice it and toss it between some daves killer bread and then maybe like a piece of fruit with it. Sometimes beef jerky and a builder bar or a pop tart, just pretty much whatever i have that i dont have to spend much time on haha

I usually try to have a big breakfast. I'm about to eat 2 blubbery pancakes, 3 scrambled eggs 3 strips turkey bacon and some potatoes.

Damn that sounds good. I'm a sucker for pancakes, waffles, French toast, shit like that lol I need to start eating more before my workouts bc I sometimes run out of energy towards the end.

I have to have a big breakfast. That sets the tone for my day. I've neglected eating big breakfast the last few days and my energy levels have been down.

for this thread, my favorite is Kodiak cakes with some chocolate chips and bananas. about 1-2 hours pre lifting. super easy to make, eat and digest for me.

Yes unless im cutting then i do half whole half whites and when im down to the last few weeks i do all whites. I cut back on some fats instead of cutting back on too much carbs. Its been proven that you lose less weight by cutting fats but most of the weight you lose is bodyfat as opposed to muscle.
Great info... I started bulking again and drink 3 yolks 9 whites for two meals.. I increased to 4 yolks, 9 whites and your info has me rethinking things to go higher fat.
 
Usually placenta. I try for fresh, bit will use it boxed if thats all thats available. You can mix it with anything.
