Preworout meals

I usually train in the afternoon but if i train at 11 id do 6oz chicken or 8 eggs with banana for simple carbs and a half a serving of granola for complex carb and 1 serving of peanut butter at the end. For me simplicity is key. 50 grams of protein 80 grams of carbs and 15 grams of fat.

Always whole eggs?
 
Those are grueling workouts. Higher carbs and protein definitely needed.
Hellyeah and most of the time it doesn't feel like enough lol

I think too many guys over complicate their diets. Time and time again i see people post what they eat and its a fucking shit show. Keep it simple is my philosophy.

Always whole eggs?
Yes unless im cutting then i do half whole half whites and when im down to the last few weeks i do all whites. I cut back on some fats instead of cutting back on too much carbs. Its been proven that you lose less weight by cutting fats but most of the weight you lose is bodyfat as opposed to muscle.

I've eating poptarts preworout a few times. Works. I've been on here posting all day. I'll be posting my workout later tonight. I wasn't able to get in to train at my usual time. So I'll go when there isn't much traffic.

My preworout meal today will be either a handful of marshmallows or carbo gainer. Which I doubt I'll use the carbo gainer. Not training lower body for the week. Just some back shoulders bis and tris. In and out tonight.

Then the wife will get some in out action. Lol

Depends if I'm doing a fasted workout or not. Sometimes I fast in the morning but I usually always have a pre workout snack.

An apple, peanut butter, chicken breasts with green beans and bananas is common.

If I take a shake before the gym I usually add 1tbsp of coconut oil melted.
