Powerlifting cycle ideas

Gents,

Long term my goal is a 600lbs raw bench in competition. Currently my competition best is 520lbs raw bench. Off season I’m a fan of eq and test cycles. I have used tren in cycles in the past when competing in strongman and had good results with it, but as most are, always looking for something better. Couple cycle ideas for leading up to next meet.

Cycle1
Weeks 1-12-Ment 150-200mg per week, test e 300mg per week,
Weeks 10-12 20mg halotestin
day of meet 40mg halotestin


Cycle 2
Weeks 1-12 300 mg test e per week, 600 tren ace per week
Day of meet 2mg metribolone

I have never ran Ment before so it would be a first time using it. Everything else listed above I have used before.
 
Although I wouldn't agree with the oxys due to possible stomach/appetite problems, @narta has nailed it for you mate
Very well. Man idk why but there is some massive appeal to trying Ment. But for all I know it could be absolute shit and a waste of money..
Test and tren has always worked though! Consensus says stick with tried and true compounds lol.
 
For my next meet and thrird cycle overal in my life I would try test e 350 mg a week with 25-50 mg var the usuall and towards the meet I would try to find legit anapolon and maybe try halo I head from a gym bro it is good for High RPEs

520 in competition is a great bench! What BW are you? I have had a few runs with Ment the past year but still found Tren to be much more effective for strength and healing. Ment just doesn't heal the tendons and cartilage like Tren does with the increase in IGF-1 production.

I weighed in at 270 for the meet. And thanks man! Hopefully I can bench 600 one day lol

What cycle do you used before ?
Do you tried Oxandrolone ?
Because the ratio side effect / benefice are good.
Fluoxumesterone, Mibolerone, Metribolone give some aggressiveness and strength but some user report high side effects on it.

So i think, try Oxandrolone with Test, low side effects and effective on strenght.

Here some powerlifter love Test, Deca and Anadrol.

Any particular Bench program you follow mate?

Have any powerlifters on here ever got any good strength benefits from HGH, IGF-1 or Slin at all? I assume they all must work to some degree as all 3 help to build muscle. A study I read recently compared the 3 for anabolic effects and it turned out Insulin was the best for building new muscle by far.

check out westside barbell bench press manual my program is based off that with some modifications for what works better for me . I will say that for max effort lift when competing as a raw bencher you can’t go crazy with it an need to keep a good balance of max effort work for lockout and from off the chest.
