Anybody mess with powdered greens or fruits or is it bullshit. If it’s not any brand suggestions
 
If you don’t eat any fruits or veggies on a regular basis. Seems better than nothing. Otherwise if you do. Seems like another supplement ploy ...
 
I use one that covers my multi as well.

Orange Traid+Greens.

I don’t have room for greens right now as i max cals and i can always feel when I do or do not take it. I don’t think it’s a ploy if you’re not eating greens regularly.

If you’re looking for just greens, 1stPhorm would be my go to.
 
I'm a believer in greens supplements but it's more based on good faith. I'm curious if there are any studies or science supporting their absorption. Anyone have any more insight?
 
I like an occasional wheatgrass drink. I can definitely feel it as a good light energy boost but don't do it every day.
