Post up your Natty IGF-1 Level

I didn’t get it at first but I think he’s talking about back in the day when people would get sold a ghrh/ghrp mix instead of hgh that would raise your gh serum a bit on the test but do nothing for igf1. That did happen for awhile, but the serum results were always pretty crappy like 10-12 not the 30 we look for with hgh. People figured out back then to look for on this issue so I’m confused why the guy is acting like this happens a lot still?

I took 4iu/day of brand X HGH for about 6 weeks. IGF-1 went from 176 to 382. I am now taking 4iu/day of brand Y with virtually identical specs (purity/dimer). Is it reasonable to expect similar results assuming all else is equal with regard to my protocol?

Just wondering if the issue of low numbers would be valid for someone that has actually show decent response in the past.
Yes with the same dosage you will have about the same igf-1, unless drastic changes in the diet, liver problems...

Thanks, not sure if getting my natty IGF is worth two weeks of no HGH though.
In my opinion, yes, because in the future at least you will know how much your igf-1 will increase based on the units you take, whether what you take is real or not and also to have an idea at which levels you feel most comfortable between benefits and sides.

So my natty number was 299 about 8 weeks ago but that was also at about 22ish weeks at 1500 calories and down like 65 pounds of fat. Not sure if aggressive cutting would tank that or not.

Then I started test-e at 75mg eod after that test, and then got tested after 7-8 weeks of that and that was when my igf was 372 on just the testosterone not any HGH. This was the bloods just 4-5 days ago.

I started the 2iu the night I got those bloods taken so 372 was my igf without any HGH just on the testosterone. 299 without testosterone but like I said was pretty far into a heavy cut.

The only difference between the 299-372 was the testosterone and I’ve been eating 3500 calories for a few weeks prior to these bloods.
Update been on 4iu of SSA H36 kits for 6-8 weeks and igf was 265 today.

Natty Igf: 203
Age: late 20's

I'm currently running 4iu nightly and I feel great. My sleep tracker confirms that I'm getting more deep sleep. Will get igf retested in a couple of weeks.

40 M
Igf 202

Never used any gear. On glp1 now (tirz 7.5). Been on deficit for 4 out of past 6 months. Lost ~10kgs. 3 more to go.
Started tesa1mg + ipa 200mcg post this test (and glutathione at 150mg/d IM ).
Planning to drop down to 0.5mg tesa/day after 2 months - goal is to drop visceral fat and then build 6-8kgs muscle over next few years.

( Lost around 3kgs of muscle in 1.5-2 years as primary focus was on playing various sports (not pro). Been training with weights for 10+ years )

A recent post about HGH doses here has inspired me to drop my dose to 2.5 IU a night. According to ChatGPT, this should provide me with good sleep while keeping my IGF within a z-score range of +1.2 to +1.8. Since I've just made a change, I'll test it in 4 weeks.

Has anyone seen Reta or GLPs affecting igf 1?To the guy saying low IGF means your hgh is fake you got a lot to learn everyone is different forsure some guys have super high IGF 1 and im naturally 135-170 have never scored over 360. My highest scores came off of generic hgh not serostim or nutropin from USA pharmacy!

Only in the sense of a caloric deficit suppressing IGF-1, deeper deficit = lower IGF.

On TRT- 243
8 weeks 2mg tesamorelin before bed- 306

The secretogogues apparently do work but man it was an expensive experiment. Did seem to help with visceral fat but I’m on a long cut and 90% of it was just trt and cal/macro counting with my same 5 day split the whole time.

Decided to stop paying for the peptides and jumped on 4iu/day gray tops. Few weeks in, no sides. Did jump on 3mg reta/week when I started the Tes and I’m keeping that in.

What’s your goal with this? How long are you running it?
40, M.
I'm using it primarily for its antioxidant benefits. I want to minimise any potential negative effects from the higher levels of igf I might hit with the daily 1mg tesa+ cjac and ipa.

My lifestyle is fairly decent - good nutrition (macro and micro), low stress. Sleep could be better, and reta made it worse, but i'll work on that.

Never used alcohol or smoked in my life, but lived in cities notorious for polluted air, and my diet wasn't the best either (lots of processed food).

Also the reported benefits for skin and hair is worth it.
If it helps stop greying of hair, let alone revere it, it's worth the price I am paying for. ;)

Planning to increase to 250mg/day, 7d/w.

Just know long term consistent glutathione use isn’t recommended. I think there is worry about endogenous production down regulating but I can’t exactly recall. Make sure your zinc levels are good and you have enough methyl donors in your supplement stack for long term use.

It’s not going to do anything for greying hair. That is a marketing myth more than anything. I think the skin benefits are also pretty overblown unless you’re going for lightening.

I love glutathione. I think it is an amazing drug and tool in the toolbox. I doubt it would do damage using it consistently, but I know iv clinics won’t push it for daily use despite making a giant killing on it. I would find a cycle of some sort used by anti aging clinics and stick to it. 200mg 3x a week was a nice sweet spot for me.

My micronutrients intake is pretty good. I take thorne 30mg/d.
I do take 1g tmg too, besides Infi-b for Bcomplex.

I've seen 200*3/week and it's skin lightening effects mentioned a few times on reddit.
But, I am not approaching glutathione with anything other than antioxidant properties as it's benefits. Any positive effects on grey hair and skin is just a bonus.

200*3/week was my original plan.
Clinics actually use ~1500mg as once a week IV injections. I figured 250*6 can't be any worse. I'll research more into the long term use, but I do plan to come down in dose for everything -after a month or two-, including tesa to 0.5mg/day and glutathione to 150 2-3x/week.
