Post up your Natty IGF-1 Level

48yo M. 182mg/ml Never ran GH before. Currently running 400mg test c a week split into two doses.
I am thinking about starting 2iu per day. I have some kits I bought for a blast I’m starting in August, my thought is I start 2iu now then raise it up to 4iu when I start the blast. This could all be subject to change based on more blood work in 6weeks.

IGF1 levels running CJC/ipamorelin from transcend last year. E2 high from hcg n enclomiphene. Biggest waste of money my igf1 levels were higher before I started.

You will love it.
For males over 40, that is where HGH shines in such low doses.

Got my bloods done at LabCorp this time, and I mean - I get it, but what the hell is going on with my IGF-1? Last time on 3.2iu it was a nice 425. Now on just 4iu it jumps to 762?!

I’m seriously considering dialing it back… feels like my liver’s out here trying to win Mr. Olympia on its own.

You would be a great rep for GH vendors lol.

I don’t know if this is actually a thing but maybe your excess IGF serum just floats in the bloodstream without going into the muscles? Just a speculation here. We’ve seen great results from guys with much lesser values, like chase irons for examples having a igf below 200 on 18iu serostim, his physique went nuts though.

I don’t know really, I doubt I’ll be checking again serum igf with such huge variance between individuals.

Damn , you are a good responder , i take it you eat a higher carb diet? Are there any other compounds that could be aiding in that number? Pretty impressive with only 4 ius,,

Yeah igf 1 info is frustrating. You got guys like Kurt havens that believe what u mentioned, n guys like dr.Todd Lee that are complete opposite. Guess you can’t go wrong if you check both GH serum and IGF 1

i've had a 50+ gh serum test , with a 200 ish igf1, good hgh just not a very high number on the igf1, i know that being in a calorie deficit has a big role in igf1 numbers, Thats my reasoning behind my lower igf1 as both times ive tested it ive been in a steep defecit, i have since "crawled out of" the defecit, and am eating approximately 100 g more carbs per day, so after a few more weeks ( i just switched brands of hgh 2 weeks ago) i will pull an igf1 test,,

Yeah man, I’ve seen that too - some dudes look like Greek gods on trash-tier bloodwork. Meanwhile I’m out here with IGF levels like a mutant lab rat and still rocking that mid physique life. Go figure.

But hey, silver lining - at least I don’t need to blast 10+iu a day. Wallet’s happy, kidneys are happy, and I still get to pretend I’m natty when I wear a hoodie.

Thanks man, appreciate that! Right now I’m doing around 180g carbs, 65g fats, and 170g protein daily. Nothing too crazy.

I’m currently on Test C 400, EQ 500, and Mast E 300. Also running 10mg Tirz, plus BPC-157 and TB-500 at 1mg each per day. Daily cardio, plenty of water, and just trying to stay consistent.

Nothing special honestly - guess my body just responds well. Some people win the genetic lottery… I got a good IGF bounce instead!
Do you inject IM or subq?
Subq only.

damn you Allll with your fancy high numbers, lol FML,,,
I will say - I’m newish to bloodwork. My last test was February and I was running 5ius then as well (though it was a different vendor) and my numbers were quite a bit lower (see attached) .. I’m actually wondering if this is normal. IMG_6633.webp

There are loads of factors that can contribute to a low IGF1 response, but I don't think anyone has figured out how to get a high response other than avoiding the things known to cause a low response

So otherwise we're left attributing it to good luck or genetics etc
