Let’s do it. I start all my poses from the floor. So that’s where I’ll start here.
Foot position looks pretty good, but you’re turned too far away from the audience with where your knee is facing. Bring that knee back to just a few degrees past parallel to the audience (facing away).
Up top, it looks like your hand is palm down; very tricky to execute like that. If it’s palm down, try flipping it to palm up, and grabbing your fingers, not your whole hand, and pull down into a more straight arm look. This will allow you to rotate your shoulder back and also be less bladed up top, showing some of your pec/Delt that are in the rear.
You can also toy with some other variations (shown) to see what looks best for you. One is Dorian, doesn’t need introduction. The other is Lloyd Herford. One of my all time favorite side tris here as he kicked my ass at Nats last year while winning his pro card.
I am going to try to think of better way s of critiquing these to maximize value. Suggestions welcome.
