I'm about 2001bs at about 13% BF. I'd like to shed some pounds and get down to around 9% BF. Here's a diet that I have come up with, but I'd really like any input for you all. I'm more interesed in cutting up than getting big. I've got okay size already. Please analyze and get back to me.

First thing. your starting to low with your calories. you should start at around 3000 cals and slowly drop your cals in carbs ( about 200cals every 3 weeks ) over a 12 week period of time. I would drop the dairy products they are high in lactose, a milk sugar that can make it hard for you to get lean. and the PB. I would also drink a protein shake before bed, The diet you have on here now is to much a drop in cal to quickly. If you want more detail I'll be glad to help........11

Agreed, not only are you way too low with your calories but also your carb intake is way too low. I'm around 190 and my goal is over 300 grams protein and 500 grams carbs.

Good luck,
K-

don't forget calories in calories out. Its' about the quality of the carbs your taking in. Plus youu need a good amount of carbs pre and post wkout.

i think your protein count on the eggs is a little high also. i sure would like to know what kind of eggwhites have 7 grams of protein a piece.
