Seriously he's pretty much the worst troll I've ever seen. When u get right down to it. Shoulda been booted a long time ago IMO. He's actually dangerous, especially to newbies who come here looking for legitimate help.

This is all great stuff vic, but to me it doesn't make sense that I actually started losing mass and strength. To me overtraining seems like it only results in a plateau, but really no loss. Regardless I'm still on a break, and haven't lifted since about a week ago. I still don't know what's behind my appetite. I use to eat everything in site, now I have to force feed

Exactly. Mob, you admitted to me that at one point you were abusing yourself for 2 hours everyday in the weight room.(and make no mistake, you were ABUSING yourself.) Your insistence now on this not being the problem is just another symptom of you NEEDING to abuse yourself in the weight room and looking to blame almost anything else in the world besides your overtraining as the cause of your issues. And YES, your appetite can go to shit because of this. You need to give it some time man. One week isnt enough time to tell anything. And yes, it can also make you smaller. Your body has checks and balances and it is telling you enough is enough. Like I said, resting is worth a shot. The marathon workout sessions obviously werent helping, and this should tell you all you need to know.

Why did it work for me for so long? I went a year lifting everyday for two hours and still stayed jacked. Was my breaking point somewhere in there? This is all a huge fucking mystery to me

Yeah. He's definitely refusing to believe that his "healthy" 2 hour a fycking day training habit could be causing his problems. Tell ya what mob, keep doin what ya were doing. See if you get better. If you do you know that wasn't the problem. Simple.
 
I never said I was going to start lifting again. I have every intention of staying on this break. These questions stem from the disbelief in my dysmorphic mind. I feel like a fat chick trying to avoid chocolate. Anyways, thanks guys. Ill check back in about a week or so.
 
You hit the straw which broke the camels back. People are hitting it a lot younger these days because of the environmental and many factors impacting our immune system

It's all psychological at this point. I think mob is a good guy, just dealing with some tough to face issues, maybe some therapy would do alot of good.
