I'm not ever going to believe HAN. I wouldn't say his idiotic posts are harmless though. Quacks like to prey on the naive and guilable. Anyway, what would be some reasoning behind why my appetites in the shitter (HAN, not another word from you please)
This is all great stuff vic, but to me it doesn't make sense that I actually started losing mass and strength. To me overtraining seems like it only results in a plateau, but really no loss. Regardless I'm still on a break, and haven't lifted since about a week ago. I still don't know what's behind my appetite. I use to eat everything in site, now I have to force feed

Exactly. Mob, you admitted to me that at one point you were abusing yourself for 2 hours everyday in the weight room.(and make no mistake, you were ABUSING yourself.) Your insistence now on this not being the problem is just another symptom of you NEEDING to abuse yourself in the weight room and looking to blame almost anything else in the world besides your overtraining as the cause of your issues. And YES, your appetite can go to shit because of this. You need to give it some time man. One week isnt enough time to tell anything. And yes, it can also make you smaller. Your body has checks and balances and it is telling you enough is enough. Like I said, resting is worth a shot. The marathon workout sessions obviously werent helping, and this should tell you all you need to know.
