This whole thing seems like some kind of OCD'ish / body dysmorphic disorder which is extremely common in, yes you guessed it, body builders.
I've got a lot of the signs to be honest. Fatigue, weakness all day after a workout, heavy legs (hard to run, fucking painful joints, can barely squat anymore and lower back kills, strength decreases, loss of appetite.. The list goes on and on. How valid is overtraining and can anyone besides bax testify to it?
