Basicstero currently charges the same flat rate shipping fee regardless of warehouse of size of the package etc.

Where are the test results for the gear in Britain?…

All products from Basicstero are the exact same genuine Pharmacom Labs products regardless of warehouse. The products are all produced by Pharmacom Labs at the same manufacturing facility; there are not different versions for different warehouses.
The price differences between warehouses are simply because of the higher overall operational costs to run and maintain a warehouse in some regions (such as the USA or Europe), import risk and costs, warehouse staff wages and higher compensation to the warehouse staff for the risks warehouse workers have in some regions.
Like with anything else in life, or any other business, business operations in some locations simply costs more compared to some other locations.

What I was initially going on for is that, I've got something that contained a small relatively order from a EU advertised warehouse based on your site. 4 weeks in still no products and within those weeks I got 2 orders from China, mostly GLP-based orders and 1 custom watch order also from a chinese retailer which are all known to be slow, you as a EU based can't get a product over here in a month?
